Warranty Information

Replacement parts for clippers have 7 days ADVANCE REPLACEMENT warranty. Should your replacement part develop a fault within 7 days of purchase we will ship you new parts and collect the faulty one at our cost. After 7 days there is a 6 month (Fast Turnaround) RTB warranty (Return to base). You send the faulty replacement part back to us and we will repair or replace it.

    Purchased this as a replacement for my own, which got damaged beyond repair by a rogue sheep!! Great clippers, would highly recommend. Had my other one 3 years with no issues
