7 days ADVANCE REPLACEMENT warranty. Should your clipper develop a fault within 7 days of purchase we will ship you a new one and collect the faulty one at our cost. After 7 days there is a 12 month (Fast Turnaround) RTB warranty (Return to base) You send the clipper back to us and we will repair or replace it.

Absolutely thrilled with the clippers, excellent value, I was a bit wary because they are so cheap but I can highly recommend these clippers, not overly noisy and light to use, good back up service as well

Absolutely brilliant clippers, so lightweight, and runs smoothly through the hair. Would recommend them highly to anyone. Even our unique Polish Draught loved them. He was our first of many to clip, another done today on the same blades, so very pleased.

Horse and pony came up in a lovely shine

After using this machine on a pony and two horses I would definitely recommend it as it is a powerful machine that is retailing at less than half the price of its nearest competitors on the market. It is a very welcome addition to my clippers family and will be well used. It comes with two sets of blades and replacement blades for this model work out cheaper than I have been paying for other machines. The fact that this machine does not heat up is a massive bonus and makes clipping a faster task and no time is wasted changing blades or cooling it down. Customer service is important to me and I like that the supplier and distributor of the blades can be contacted personally and seems as passionate about animal clipping as I am.
